Todd C Menard has been coaching and instructing real estate licensees since 1994. He possesses extensive experience in real estate sales, brokerage management and supervisory responsibilities, risk management, brokerage policies and procedures, corporate core values, productivity specific environments, professional development programs, mentoring and consulting and high-volume sales production and systems. He is an Arizona Department of Real Estate Instructor, a certified N.A.R. Code of Ethics and Professional Standards Instructor, and an ADRE approved IDW Instructor with the experience to teach other instructors in the area of skill development, techniques and core competencies. In 2009, Todd was awarded the Realtor Of The Year Award for serving his community and the members of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS while maintaining a high-production real estate team.
Todd is zealous to maintain and improve the standards of practice in the real estate industry and he continually shares with his fellow REALTORS® a common responsibility for its integrity and honor. Todd remains informed on issued effecting real estate at the local, state and national levels and is passionate about sharing those issues that effect home ownership and private property rights with fellow REALTORS and homeowners throughout Arizona.
