Todd C Menard has been coaching and instructing real estate licensees since 1994. He possesses extensive experience in real estate sales, brokerage management and supervisory responsibilities, risk management, brokerage policies and procedures, corporate core values, productivity specific environments, professional development programs, mentoring and consulting and high-volume sales production and systems. He is an Arizona Department of Real Estate Instructor, a certified N.A.R. Code of Ethics and Professional Standards Instructor, and an ADRE approved IDW Instructor with the experience to teach other instructors in the area of skill development, techniques and core competencies. In 2009, Todd was awarded the Realtor Of The Year Award for serving his community and the members of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS while maintaining a high-production real estate team.

Todd is zealous to maintain and improve the standards of practice in the real estate industry and he continually shares with his fellow REALTORS® a common responsibility for its integrity and honor. In addition to his passion for education, Todd is the Operations Officer at West USA Realty, Inc. (founded 1986) one of the nations leading real estate franchisors ranked as the #16 per agent production brokerage in the nation (#16 RisMedia 2013), and the #1 per agent production company in Arizona. He also sits on the boards of directors for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS, was a past Director of the National Association of REALTORS, and was the 2012 President of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS® (the 11th largest association in the Nation). Todd remains informed on issues affecting real estate at the local, state and national levels sitting on numerous committees and advisory groups, and is passionate about sharing those issues that affect home ownership and private property rights with fellow REALTORS and homeowners throughout Arizona.
